MMPJOE: I did take the time to read the 8k. Yo

I did take the time to read the 8k. You state that "the 8k clearly states Govt delays do not count on the 30 days".
Directly copied from the 8-k:
"If ALTuCELL chooses to cancel the transaction as a result of delays due to forces beyond the control of Generex, including government regulatory delays or extended reviews by regulators that delay approvals of corporate actions, or by natural disasters or other unforeseen events beyond the control of Generex, ALTuCELL agrees to return all payments made by Generex."
The concern is that the deal will fall apart if Generex can't make the payments due to Altucell. If the div isn't completed, the S-1 can't be executed, and, as far as investors can currently see, the money isn't available to close the deal. This statement, under any reading I can think of, does not in any way reduce the concern about the 30 day window.
Please correct me where I'm wrong. But I believe this statement clearly says Altucell can cancel the deal due to gov't delays once the 30 days has expired... and getting Generex's money back is not the same as automatically extending the 30-day window to make payments and allowing Generex to successfully close the deal for 51% ownership of Altucell after that 30 day period has expired.
