Yeah, can't imagine they'd announce a CC call and release an 8k with news of a raise and issuance of stock to the CEO/BOD on the same day if they didn't have some really good news on Thursday.
The Q&A would be ugly.
My guess is we get great news and nobody cares about the 6MM shares he gave himself.
