In fairness to Mr Kay, he did state the end of January or a few days later, give or take, and this is only the first day later.
On the other hand, I'm hoping that the announcement, when it comes, will be too momentous to be confined to an email or tweet, that it will warrant a full blown national story. Or somewhere in between.
The point, I think, will be to attract new investor eyes and not be restricted to whomever follows his twitter feed.
