I talked to Todd Falls. He said that as far as he knows, if you buy the stock on or before the pay date, you will get the dividend, regardless of whether "due bill attached" appears on your brokerage account. And, if something messes up, Generex will take care of it and make it right.
He also said there has been nothing negative from FINRA - no unusual questions or anything to indicate that they have issues with the Generex dividend. He's still expecting it any day, and said they will PR approval immediately.
He also said a lot of other positive things including that there will be announcements coming soon after the dividend, etc. Nothing specific of course.
