it is not necessary that this is the case, it might as well be that especially those who realized that they have received shares without "due bill" may have resold those shares, which is the reason why you may have recently received some of those shares.
Or yes, CMP and Veneto have nothing left to lose, write counter-statements in which they declare that they are interested in the well being of the company, bla bla, but in fact these statements are as false their attempts to rebut the allegations Joe has made towards them within PRs or during the most recent CC.
It is hard to decide what is really true, same way as to decide who speaks the truth Joe in his accusations of illegal selling or Veneto/CMP in their counterstatements, but if they are lying, why would they be so stupid to write these lies up in an official PR that they definitely will be held accountable for by the SEC? This way, they would make things worse, because the accusation of publicly spreading false information would be added to their "laundry list"!?
So, the longer I think of it the more it leaves me confused and I am sure that I am not alone with such confusion and I am sure that this has to come to an end and that quickly/soon.
