I personally think the dividend announcement will come out on Monday...if Todd falls said it was going to happen...he wouldn’t be that far off if finra is having a hard time approving the dividend...and when I called finra, they did tell me it takes a long time to approve stock dividends.
Having said that, what do you guys think of having 1:1 ngio dividend instead of 2:5 Gnbt and 2:5 ngio? If ngio worth a $1 billion...especially now with coronavirus and AE37 massive flu vaccine production capability, ngio might worth even more than a billion...so ngio can have 200 million shares at $5 per share...and gnbt shares will go up insignificantly if gnbt announces ngio’s capital structure..and gnbt’s PPS will not get an automatic hair cut after dividend because no more Gnbt dividend...thoughts?
