Success and failure are part of the journey and experience of life. What is your larger goal? What is your strategy to achieve it? In each variety of endeavour there is the One Thing, the thing all the practice, posturing, ceremony, tradition, self-aggrandizing, influence, ego, hopes, and dreams are built upon. Without the One thing all the rest would not exist. Yet all the rest often obscures the One thing, and it is hidden and forgotten. All that remains is the empty shell.
