Henry surely does not know how to keep the momentum going in PPS by easily getting current without VINAFILMS audit sine he did not have monies to pay for audit.
Now its like taking 10 step forward and going 20 steps backward with compounding delays. Well one could argue that Henry is attempting to go into BIG LEAGUE without putting much funds upfront and have access to extent of 1 billion , and hence multiple delays is warranted because one PHI Group Inc has access to 1 billion fund then ADE can quickly be implemented with high degree of Profitability generating massive revenues of about 4-5 billion dollars.
So we to put up with the Henry's shortfalls/short comings until he gets stuff done this quarter and that 's the only way the PPS can go over 5 cents which is 500 times return which is one-in-a-lifetime opportunity for sure. So guys lets be patient and let Henry do what he needs to accomplish.
