K, lets try to turn a complicated situation into a simplified option for now to move fwd ......fast fwd!!
Joe had planned the total shares after the 1:1 , but because of the restricted shares being sold and the increased divi (pending outcome) he had to adjust the 1:1 to 2:5 (IMO).
Lets have a proxy and vote to put this issue behind us and move on. Litigation will take time and I dont think we should delay progress!! If GNBT is successful maybe another small divi down the road or funds can be used to accelerate acquisitions !! It will also make it easier for FINRA /SEC to protect shareholders and justify the 2:5 divi. It will be impossible to come up with a solution for all the shareholders but at least its fair !!
