Someone's going to have to cover the dividend on a

Someone's going to have to cover the dividend on all the (supposedly) restricted shares that have been sold into the market....and unless Joe wants to pay it for all of the "restricted" shares still being held, someone needs to make a ruling and get an accurate count. That's my guess for the delay...and I think it may take a while unless Joe wants to give them the dividend. I'll have to trust Joe to make that decision...I can wait.
I'm happy to be getting shares of Antigen Express...better than the proposed 1 for 1 in my opinion.
I would hate to see them raise funds at these levels...we need the spinoff to happen.
