I'd like to see Joe answer this, but he'll say he can't unless it's in a CC.
But the ''coming days' remarks are getting ridiculous. He needs to stop saying that and just say it will be coming soon. His days ends up being weeks and it gets ridiculous if it even happens.
They have a short time window to get all of this done or they lose ALTuCELL unless ALTuCELL agrees to another extension for some reason.
He's really cutting this all very close.
