790 million shares total?
I've seen different numbers, usually 600-700 million for the total possible share count so I looked at the latest 10Q and it says:
On December 31, 2019, there were 430,755,772 shares outstanding...
...common stock options and warrants to purchase common stock of 177,457,255 and 155,836,676
respectively.
Plus another 27 million from convertible notes and preferred stock.
So that brings the total to 790 million. Is this correct?
