Then if Mr. Heddle ran the processors, the skeptics would ask, "Why aren't you selling the oil??"
Then if Mr. Heddle sells the oil then the skeptics would ask why PTOI isn't profitable.
Then when Mr. Heddle gets PTOI profitable, the skeptics would ask why the stock isn't at $10.
Then when Mr. Heddle gets the stock to $10, the skeptics would ask why it's not at $100.
Mr. Heddle knows he can't win. No matter how profitable the company nor how many dollars PTOI's shareholders were to get in quarterly dividends, Mr. Heddle knows the skeptics will never believe and that the naked short selling evil entity NR manipulators will always keep the stock at pennies. That's why he doesn't even try. It won't be until all the skeptics are successfully shouted down that Mr. Heddle will feel encouraged enough to power up the processors and give shareholders the generational wealth for which they've been patiently waiting.
