The 6-month Head&Shoulder pattern in the weekly chart still shows a "fail break" posture with an Up Reversal as investors anticipate good news from the QD Blockchain-Anti-counterfeit operation and from the Joint Venture in forming a JV compnay named Quantum Materials Vertical Technologies.
Scenario: A sharp break out from the January convergence in February sending share price back to 5.25 cents ahead of 2020 Q1 financial report due on May 15 which may report around $3 million revenue.
$1 million licensing free (the first half of the fee is registered as account receivable, not revenue)
$1 million for the sales of the 2 micro reactors
$0.5 million sales in ancillary equipment
$? for ongoing training/consultant fees at the company's Head Quarter in San Marcos.

Stephen Squires (January 27, 2020 Update): "Our licensee has already made significant payments and additional payments are due to us once the reactors are setup and tested. This will allow us to recognize revenue once these benchmarks are met. We will also be delivering pre and post processing equipment this year.".
