Question re uplisting

Does anyone know if management have discussed uplisting strategy in any great detail? I know they have said if/when it will be organic (no R/S) and my understanding is that the main qualifier for NASDQ is that the price must be above $2 for multiple days but, I assume there are a bunch of other requirements to uplist as well.
Im wondering if management has done all the necessary work in advance to take advantage of multiple days above the threshold so they can act quickly to take advantage of that opportunity or is this a priority for management.
Im thinking about reaching out to IR to ask but, thought Id check here first.
Also, what are the requirements? is it long and complex or very simple to uplist?
