On the same day? That would be a lot of fun! Ha

Hard to say how this dividend will be treated with ratio change and NGIO shares thrown in.
If I had my preference I would have a number separate pieces of news to PR over a two or three days.
On Friday:
Day1:
1) AM basic divi approval and details of when distributed
2) later in day at 2 pm EST. Details about the number of shares post distribution and all parties, including CM and Veneto have agreed to waive the dividends(lots of luck but if they really have their interests aligned with Generex and us...)
Day2:
1) AM The SEC has the S-1 application updated with the dividend info which was required to complete the review. Unless GNBT is 100% sure it will be a quick turnaround do not quote a time frame for approval.
2) PM Tell us who the investment bank is and explain the process Generex did to work through the financing deal and how the bank facilitated the deal. Ideally have a quote from the bank about this being one of the most interesting deals they have ever put together
Day 3:
Initial PR about Coronavirus research. Lay out the EXPECTED process. Who is leading the research? Dr EvH? Where? Cornell? Heck yes!! Who will be collaborating from the research dept at Cornell? Funding?
Day 4:
Have a dog and pony show with the HMO guru doc
Day 5:
Have a Excellagen update. Update Medsource. Update Pantheon
Day 6:
Promote NGIO. Review the science. Have an update on AE37/Keytruda study enrollment data, explain the study. Safety data ready yet?
Monday 2/10 Drop the bomb the Generex S-1 is approved.
Tuesday: NGIO S-1 registration is sent to SEC
Wednesday-Friday: Take a break
Monday 2/17: NGIO S-1 approved
Plus we have Altucell to close and hopefully a valuation by some respected third party, NGIO trading date and pricing to be set.
We should be back in the $2.50-3.50 range. With NGIO being priced at the upper end, maybe higher. If not, we really suck.
Imagine if all the "hundreds of thousands" of Generex shareholders bought #100-200 more shares? LOL.
