First, Mr. Kay is NOT diluting any of his shares into the OS! I believe you meant the finance loan notes being converted, which we know and also by Mr. Kay, will be done until paid off - he told us this. It's NOT new and out of his "control".
If not for the loans and issued warrants, we would of lost EVERYTHING and went out of business! Thank you Mr. Kay/TEAM $SFOR for keeping the doors open while fighting infringers and ecosystem acceptance, then testing phases leading to Large Deals and ENTIRE Ecosystem Implementation phase we're in now!
IMSO FWIW:
ALL Common-SH's are in an AWESOME position NOW to be Greatly Rewarded - Large Deal Behemoth Implementation started 15 NOV -- means product sales and we WILL get paid! All the sells driving the stock price down are NOT note conversions, yes notes are being converted, but stock manipulators know what's about to take place very near future and playing their lowlife scumbag game to dump/sell large group shares while keeping core positions. They know note conversions are being done, and stock manipulators want to add and drive down the PPS! They will buy back in lower and get more shares. I would think you know the pennyland manipulator game by now!
It sounds like the stock manipulator scumbags are getting to some peeps and would be a HUGE mistake for anyone to listen to that nonsense and sell now that we have a Large Deal Behemoth started Ecosystem Implementation and with DSS/others Implementation starting most likely this Q1! Stock Manipulator Groups have big money to play their pennyland games.
However, they can NOT stop company valuation, which we have Large Deals inked and ENTIRE Ecosystem System Implementation has started by FD/Fiserv! So with the current Large Deals inked now and new ones that Mr. Kay mentioned in the 3 DEC podcast, I can definitely see us easily in the Black by mid-AUG. Let's not forget a share buyback option possibility! I truly believe HUGE REVs will hit the coffers This Year! Mr. Kay also told us - starting slowly, then RAPIDLY Increasing, as channel partners implementation increases and users increases. Heck DSS will be starting off with about 20M users from jump!
I will keep buying at these very very Blessed prices! I will be very very happy by mid-AUG!
