I agree MLR. But would plopping down 5+ M on the ask be the best way to sell or profit on a flip? I am a novice investor at best that was lucky enough to stumble on UNVC. The block on the ask is larger than the daily volume.
I was just thinking about what the motivation of the seller was.

I have learned a tremendous amount over the last year plus.

Like I have said before, most of my family is on the "glass is half empty" side.
