You are probably correct
The volume would indicate the conversion of convertible notes. These notes, are called death spiral notes. are terminal to some companies, by depressing the stock price significantly enough to eliminate the company’s means of raising additional capital. At his stage SFOR has to generate revenues to survive, let alone prosper.
An analysis of the financials will divulge the extent of the number of shares coming to market and when. These lenders care less what happens to the Company as long as they can convert their notes to shares, sell them, and make 2-3 times their money.
Kay needs to pay off the notes he can, and make deals on the others ASAP./ or have substantial news to support the stock price pre-revenue.
IMHO - from hopeful Shareholder.
