I feel that UNVC needs to be current with the Fili

I feel that UNVC needs to be current with the Filings about 2 weeks before this as it takes time to PR all that UNVC has accomplished and will be accomplishing and have Dr Dalton in the Public Eye.

There needs to be time for the market to absorb all that is the Conglomerate and for Funds and Investors to start taking a position in UNVC and to thereby help with "getting the word out".

We know about UNVC - the majority of the USA does not.

All the RAD investors and Hedge Funds need to be very comfortable with UNVC before any JV is announced with RAD and UNVC as if not RAD investors will sell and this is opposite of what RAD is trying to accomplish.
