It would not play on a iPad Gen 2 which is about 10 years old and really can't do much anyway
I remember last time some said they couldn't get it to play, wasn't scrolling down to hit the play button so sometimes the answer can be simple
Sometimes not...
Issues can be many things on the device from being either
a.) Too old
b.) Not upgraded the OS
c.) Not upgraded the browsers.
d.) Firewalls/security blocking
e.) Conflicting software installed (i.e. some software you installed overwrote standard files) . Remember you can install 100's of widget crap and the like on a computer and many people can't tell what is safe and done correctly from what is not.
Having used many desktop sharing/webinar products, there are always at least one person in one meeting that has no audio, can't see the picture, can't do this, can't do that. Yesterday someone couldn't see the picture so they disconnected and connected back in and it was fine, That was with skype.
What is usually suggested for any issues is
1.) Clear your browser cache
2.) Try a different browser
If neither work, it's likely you have one of the issues a.) to e.)
If the software business for many years and I see issues all the time. Most of the time, it's on the end user side. Not always, but most of the time.
