Issuing nearly 5B shares with a share price this low is a sure sign of FAILURE. The reverse is generally a way to reset, if you will so they can move to DILUTION Part Deux.
I think the major point of the paid promo was to let those that bought PP shares know the company is not interested in helping you out at this time if you're having trouble depositing shares because of the SEC crackdown in recent years.
But I also think Kyle wanted to let those that hold market shares know he has no intention of doing a reverse at this time.
Heck, they filed and raised the AS to 6.9B, but supposedly are going to file to raise the AS to 9.9B with Florida per the 12/30 8K.
On December 30th, 2019 the Board of Directors, pursuant to Section 607.0704, Florida Statutes, the Board of Directors, acting as shareholders of the Preferred Shares and pursuant to their own resolution, voted to increase the authorized shares of the Corporation from 6,900,000,000 common shares to 9,900,000,000 common shares. Such filing was processed to be effective with the State of Florida on December 30th, 2019.
To date, that filing is not shown at Sunbiz.
As far as the pie in the sky BS about moving to the NASDAQ. It was irresponsible to make such a comment. Kyle should simply say there is no plan to do a reverse.
He lacks respect for shareholders.
