Keep in mind that family members own a large percentage of the company, roughly 20%. That's huge! What's good for them is good for all shareholders. Even though they and others got in low, dilution still affects them as much as it does everybody else.
Also, why would the company have a need to sell shares to raise money after they have moved to the new exchange?
If and when they move to the NASDAQ, they will have a gold and treasure finding machine. That alone will be able to generate income in numerous ways. Huge income that will end any need to continue to sell shares.
Kyle has been at this for 12 years now with no salary and has not sold any shares as many penny stock CEOs do. I do not foresee that dedication and loyalty changing anytime soon.
