Exactly - the day to day volume is irrelevant when the main traders of $EVSV already have their core and the bulk of the inventory they need to make multiple $5-figures again in 2020 - as they did in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Networking by instant alert means, we can just add the remainder of what we want the second the major move up starts - particularly if there is a share buyback or self-evident significant buying by either of the new partners.
We already know that a buy of 100K set at .7000 is likely to take out all the irrelevant attempts at manipulation with low undercut asks that has been going on whilst we await the updates on the 2020 hemp growing expansion plan and the deal(s) with hemp product processing partner(s) - 3 were in discussions.
