Nothing will happen unless they clean up or settle current /pending litigation, why would anybody commit to funding if not some light at the end of the tunnel ??? Im sure Altucell can find another partner if it takes too long. Its a bad combo , no funds and fighting crooks !!! Lets hope they can get it done !!!!
