Assuming Leronlimab can make a difference with treating the symptoms for coronavirus, how long would it take to complete trials and get past all the red tape of regulatory officials before it could be used for an emergency like this? Would other countries, like China, be more willing to use Leronlimab on patients with coronavirus even though it’s not an approved drug anywhere in the world? I’m not being negative at all, just trying to understand how quickly it could be administered to patients (if it’s found to help coronavirus). I’d hate the see a situation where it could have a meaningful benefit to coronavirus patients but take a year to be available to them, and the epidemic is passed.
