Looks like B-UP/UPS worked superbly on the lower 1/3 of the colon(roughly 18 inches). If that pill hits its target like it did in the BDD test BP will indeed be pounding down the IPIX door. There are 5 locations in the Large Intestine for UC and 5 different names given to the type of UC based on that location but it's all the same disease.
2 down with the enema and 3 to go with the pill.
