I wonder if the JV has to be dilutive?
Perhaps QMC is contributing it's IP for licensing and some percent of future revenue for the $2M investment.
Perhaps this is similar to setting up another licensing agent like Amtronics that is paying a fee to get involved and will also do their own marketing.
I can see Amtronics licensing more Assam type innovation hubs world-wide because Balchin and Robinson have deep construction experience and the Assam deal experience.
I can see the new marketing JV manned
by some experienced Technologists who have business experience dealing with OEMs.
