Well, Hy, most of this stuff was paid for using GNBT stock. So as long as the stock remains in this territory, there is a potential for problems. If you look at the Olaregen deal, for example, there are dates associated with the payment that have passed. Joe keeps renegotiating the dates, and he says we are current on all of them (at least as of 2 calls ago when I asked him).
But if these companies decide to hop off the boat, I believe they could either do so or execute claw back or escalation clauses... thus reducing GNBT ownership increasing the # of GNBT shares they are due.
Is Veneto correct in their assertions? Could that affect our ownership of the assets we did receive?
Until the NGIO spin goes and drives a decent stock price to enable the S-1, I believe we are still in a bit of a "house of cards" situation.
