IMO Kay is being safe here . (Good!) With First Data there will be some light revs, medium and really huge revenues months WHY?
The number of First Data merchants renewing from month to month will vary, however, encryption is now mandatory so the percentage of retention for those renewing should be in very close upper 90s to 100% . IMO when some of the other events below happen , we will be in a positive cash flow well before August IMO, But I am fine with August. We should see confidence building revenues grow month by month at any rate from here.
Since First Data/Fiserv merchant customers are already receiving cutting edge products and great service , and the increase in cost is for the merchants to be compliant, why would they cancel their merchant programs, again very high retention? When fully implemented SFOR will be receiving many millions PER MONTH just from First Data /Fiserv
DSS (yet to start, but when rolled out to 20 mil users the can opt out ), DSS has had S Korean and Chinese keyboards for several months and they are going to roll out to all 20 mil plus end users is imminent, this will be a gap up implementation, First Data (will be a constant roll out of new merchants implementation), SFORs PPS should see a big gap up on this implementation.
Bottom line this year we will see SFOR in the black hugely. The revenues will surge from many revenue streams. Remember the revenues are recurring!

I would expect PRs from significant revenues also deal-reveal PRs like 350K DSS and First Data (ACS PRs)
Don't sleep on the following
Kay referenced in his interview a Bank deal, digital risk, ?, New patents?? then there is BSAFE deals . There are a few more dots that need to be connected on this deals but each is very big. Each of the aforementioned looks to have a huge impact on revenues this year into making the break out continue into 2021 .
Bottom line SFORs money spigot of revenues is finally opening for SFOR since mid November (First Data), it takes 60+ days for the revenues to start pouring out, November and December might start modestly, (not sure if they wanted to go big during holiday month playing it safe if issue developed on roll out), the spigot will continue to turning clockwise, opening more and more month by month in increasing the merchant count until all merchants have encryption implemented .
Remember each month there will be a constant, relentless increase in cumulative recurring revenues!
If DSS starts in February whether S Korea or China (or both) 20 million end users , SFOR will spike IMO.
