With the annual price model - I think it means put up or shut up - you either want it or you don’t - no monthly Billings and have them sit on inventories and say 6 months later it isn’t working.
They buy it (investment on their part) and up to them to support their investment - we are out of the seed stock inventory game - this is my interpretation of what all or nothing means.
