I have never heard of anyone calling them and talking to anyone. I have had success using the email address. I have not tried to contact for awhile.
They can't let their reporting get too far behind, so I'm expecting to see some activity related to getting caught up more in reporting within the next month or so.
We just saw a new section of greenhouse almost ready for harvest on Dec. 14., then the holidays. That weed has since been harvested, dried, cured and getting sold probably now.
