I believe, the damage of the company is not from messages on message boards. I believe, its stems from all the PR hype that was stated through the years and never came true which people believed and invested, thinking the company was truly going places.
All these years, we are still in the same place with the same anemic sales, plummeting stock price and no concrete deals with brick and mortar stores. You can't blame people's sentiment on this, they feel deceived and I can't blame them.
You know what would help. Make good on just one item stated in any one of the company's PR's. That would show some credibility. Until then, Its probably best to not issue the typical PR until the company has a "concete" valid milestone.No one is believing them and is just a waste of time and money. AMHO.
