His confidence in winning the battle doesn't necessarily translate into a specific outcome. If I were Mr. Heid, I wouldn't want any speculation as to any legal outcome.

I'm sure we would all like to know how CMP and Veneto might compensate Generex and by extension, its shareholders, but that is not information for a CC or a message board.
