You are welcome Lumberg (sorry for not checking this board for a couple of days). Keep in mind, when William first told us about his plans for obtaining lithium concessions in South America, he immediately informed us he was doing a capital raise. William told us of several different methods for financing, and one included convertible debt. However, later William told many of us that he used his own money to purchase the lithium concessions, and this was later confirmed when he started Compania Lithium, and then we seen this paper work shuffle resulting in a change of ownership (supposedly MMTE owns the concessions, but notice that financials do not actually confirm or reflect this). The question is, what happened to the money raised by convertible debt offerings and other capital raise techniques? And, once we supposedly had the concessions, we were told last year that another capital raise was required to pay for the concessions. This suggests that the concessions were paid for at least twice. Finally, MMTE's share price dropped to its current low because of this last roughly quarter-million dollar capital raise. What happened to all that money? Just some food for thought.
