My observations from today presentations ,
Sorry no minutes for some reason it didn't show me and I was afraid to click things..
)
First I believe that Dr NP presented very well , he was relaxed , and he definitely know what he is talking about..
1.) We hoping to file for basket trial soon .. later in Q&A he said that for every cancer they need to present some study but he asked that they apply immediately because 50-60 patients waiting..
2.) Our drug could be
" Wonder Drug Of The World " ....( my personal favorite )
3.) Monotherapy , we changed the dose from 350 to 700 .Pivotal should be soon ...
but later He added that cancer , since it saving life will have priority , if money short..
4.) Dr Sacha submitted to CROI for PrEP ( said nothing about cure ).
400 pages updates going to Thai Red Cross..
5.) GvHD , hopefully soon.
6.) NASH , we will publish 4 more reports soon , we have strong results , and they will be going to interested pharma.
7.) Cancers , showing inhibition of metastasis ,
patient 5,6 and 7 should be injected end of next week.
Our first 2 patients had zero CCR5 on cancer cells , but very high CCR5 on surrounding macrophages , this is why it should work on many cancers by MOA.
And we like to have asap our 50-60 patients who are waiting admitted for treatment.
8.) Manufacturing part for BLA , we have no problem, we needed to have stability for 700 mg ..( I believe that was a mistake , as in the past Dr NP said that they need for 350 , since 700 mg will be given as 2 , 350 injections , tomorrow or later today I will e-mail Dr NP this Q , if he will answer I will post here )
9.) CCR5 on macrophages very important in cancers , and another thing is angiogenesis. ( we inhibiting )
10.) News about results from patient number 3 and 4 any day now. Patient number 3 was injected January 2.
11.) approval usually in 6 months.
Those are mine observation , and I wanted to say that all Q were very , very good . They must be from our shareholders...
