No, that’s what I mean it’s not appending, it’s an all new independent S-1 for NGIO. I just think some people here think that things will happen more quickly than I do after divi. I think divi starts the clock and I think that clock has at least 6mo on it. Not that we can’t get some organic appreciation, I just mean till the real fireworks start. Yet at the same time he’s still talking about NGIO spin out by quarter’s end basically? I don’t see it but will be here and welcome it sooner rather than later.
