and fyi .. many actual P2O investors won't feed reactivated entities

every actual P2O investor has choices specific to their investment

note the use of the word *their*

one of NRs' point of focus .. is always on other folks' money
i understand an UPSIDE DOWN NRs' *ANGST* specific to early original
investors not being able to be shaken out of *their* investment over the last decade

it is what it is .. it's why 450 shareholders matters to some of us

the only P&D done against P2O was done by Non Retail
just one of the reasons why *documentation* will matter with P2O's execution

and the reason for *reactivation* .. is because with P2O's ability to successfully
process X buyer's various feedstock .. NR literally *cant* control
the outcome re: P2O and by default PTOI

per that 99% stat NRs' minions trot out gleefully *there* (OTC target kill record)

the reason remains that P2O still survives .. include:
