Ladies and Gents, this is with NO pertuzumab and/or trastuzumab. It really takes guts to take your mother in law off these toxic drugs when she has been given months to live.

Now, back to medicine. This is HUMONGOUS from any perspective one looks at it. The main point here is the very rapid tumor shrinkage. In 53 days we have 50% of main tumor (probably liver) and 75% of brain with no new metastasis (the cause of almost all Cancer casualties).

Not only Lero is attacking the tumors areas but STOPPING new propagation.

Give me a break ... is this all true?? All this with no SAEs?? That fast ??

Expecting anxiously data from patients 3 and 4 but, honestly, we are beyond the point where there is an IF the drug works. Whatever is doing for NP m-i-l has proven already as a commercial drug. Period.

We are being witnesses of something big.
