Actually I don't know why, when we reading how well patients are doing , many are really not very interested how tumors are doing , but they just want CTC results...., some don't look at the tumors at all , they want only CTC......
OK , CTC is very important , but it will not tell you if tumors are shrinking or gone , this is a different MOA of Leronlimab..
It will tell us that no knew metastasis we should expect , and yes , extremely important,
But please look, tumors are gone or getting smaller , so immune system is stimulated proper way , angiogenesis is inhibited .. and another 4-5 MOA maybe working .....
Just look at that..We want some of our brain tumors ( and some others ) to get smaller, or be gone , so we can regain quality life .... ...
CTC test will tell us that at this minute metastatic cells are not in the blood stream....and this is wonderful to follow patient , it is an easy test , can be done often...
But just know , final accomplishment will be what happened to cancer tumors in the patients...
