Well, there's the other side of unbased speculation put out as fact.
My opinion in regard to that 'fact' is that PTOI is entirely responsible for its own lack of success for what's coming up on eleven years. For years whenever I've looked, FINRA always shows that PTOI has virtually no short interest. Usually under 10k shares in total...about $500 worth. Unless there's a distressed short who has that entire short position, spent all of his money he made from shorting PTOI down to $0.05 and now is biting his nails over covering with $500, it's unlikely any short even cares enough to do anything in their power to destroy PTOI.
