Sure, but fact of the matter is no investor will pay a premium to the SP based on potential in an equity raise unless it’s a buy out lol... so it’s chicken and egg scenario as Zoli said, UNLESS NGIO spins out before the equity raise for GNBT and bolsters it’s SP. so that’s why I don’t get how Joe will price the addendum to the GNBT S-1 for the SEC until NGIO has spun out, or he’d have to give up way more than I would want to the new investor. Then the SEC will have to review GNBT S-1. There’s a lot that has to go right and I just don’t understand the timeline, didn’t have it worked out clearly enough to ask until after the call.
