Mountain Creek has certainly hurt the rest of us, and quite likely they have damaged their own ultimate payout.
My question is: what restitution can we obtain?
I don't think I'm ever going to get the 1:1 that benefited existing float shareholders. That would have been sweet.
In a lawsuit scenario they only ones who benefit for sure are the lawyers. The rest of us are stuck watching Perry Mason or David Boies or Robert Heim or whoever.
And who knows if any of our technologies will get going while we have this considerable millstone around our collective necks.
Except for the cancer vaccines, the company is still pretty much dormant.
