Duhhhh it’s not Rocket science the guys who sold illegally and made over 2.6 million or the guy who has nothing and made nothing who is protecting their shareholders, hummm let me think about this one, let’s break it down rocket scientists, a 13 g filing allows shareholders to know stock is available and ready to sell, so after the deals we had in place and no 13g me anyone would think they are adhering to the deal, not many could find out they weren’t but I did, also yes there was a time limit to do the dividend but if you cause the date to go sideways do you think they have legal standing, just like the guy who starts a fire (insurance job) and then puts in a insurance claim good luck with that criminal, plus I owe these assholes 2 million cash so who would screw with that, plus who is this Ron guy I never dealt with this idiot before and he’s no decision maker, and every quarter they signed extensions as evident by the Q’s and k so we were never defaulted, this pig is a liar and I will let Robert Heim hang him by his balls, period!
