BLA must be done , and TNBC and basket cancers must continue .

Cancers will not be very expensive study , they will never need few hundred patients for few years...

I believe that with few patients with results similar to our first 2 , FDA will give us confirmatory phase , and approval to sell drug...and this is almost like regular approval really ...
Company will need to notify FDA if any problems reported ...

But we will not have few patients , we will have more as they waiting in line already ..
So cancer we must be on now...

So , 2 things emergency ,

Everything else as possible , thinking of GvHD because of the reasons you wrote on the top.
