Released on a $20,000 bond which is only about $2,000 with a bondsman. The good thing is if he’s found guilty he’s looking at a minimum 5 years on a Federal charge. If you read the FBI affidavit it says Starky screwed over CW1 and cashed CW’s $5200 kickback check and deposited it into his wife’s account. I hope they both go to prison.
