If I had lots of shares, I would issue negative PR after I sold them all to clear my reputation not while I am still thinking of selling. And if I think I deserve the dividends, I would wait till after the dividends to say something publicly...by saying that they deserve dividends publicly now will not help them to get dividends at all.

Perhaps they feel Generex damaged their reputation. This reminds me of Generex’s public squabble wilth Alpha Capital. But Generex was in default of their agreement because they stipulated that they’d be uplisted to Nasdaq by a date in January 2019
