Of course that is Ron, but this moron thinks you can cause and effect a situation to make your agreement go away, it’s like a fund that does a deal with you, shorts the hell out of you to get a default provision, well let me tell you regulators do not like that and for sure courts do not look favorably to that underhanded tactics, so nice try with the response, let’s see what the sec thinks, no 13G and let’s not follow rules, good luck with that BS response!
