Based on what Joe has stated publicly I would be surprised if something doesn't happen. Got to get the business stuff finished. Get the trials set up for Altucell, Oral-lyn and AE37/Keytruda and Regentys platform. Remember the scientists and the drugs are not brand new. Merck and Lilly know who Generex is already. We have some decent old data, maybe better than decent in some areas based on Joe's posts here. We know safety probably isn't an issue.
What the heck is happening in China with the cancer work over there?
Investments by BP can come at any time. GNBT will be in a much stronger position to negotiate the terms if their S-1 is approved and get the financing lined up to operate, get the going concern issue resolved and hopefully up list. I don't think being on the NAZ is mandatory for a BP to become involved but I bet the impact on the PPS would be a lot more dramatic if it was a listed stock. Also keeping the share structure in check is huge.
