I would think the LUX GOV would take a dim view of
allowing access to their LUX FUNDS from a company
that is not current with their required FILINGS.
What puzzles me is PHIL being a PINK OTC has every right
to file the 10K with UNAUDITED FINS to get CURRENT again.
Seems to me Henry could simply put an amendment in the
10K stating that the VINA AUDIT is being worked on and
expected to be complete in 30 days or so and that would
relieve any legal hassle or objection from the LUX GOV
to being able to Activate the LUX FUNDS.
So we'll just have to see how it plays out in the next week
But SURELY Henry is aware of all these factors and
making plans to get it right.
